I’m very disappointed in the firm and their communication. I’ve reached out via phone and email and all have gone unanswered. When I’m able to get a representative on the phone they say the lawyer is working on it. Once they get paid you are no longer a concern. Would not recommend to anyone pursuing bankruptcy. I reached out to the trustee directly and they responded faster than my lawyer claiming they are waiting on a response. I’ll be glad when this chapter is finally behind me.

This is the worst Place to file bankruptcy. I will not refer my family, friends or co-workers to this place am so tired. I pray that my bankruptcy would be over soon. 🙏 Debtstopper will have you stress out. I know i have been Emotional Distress, Therapy That's how bad they are. I just wanna to sell my car and be done with them.Do you know you can sue your Attorney for emotional Distress. You just have to have proof of the therapy ,Medicaid records. The money we pay them and they not doing the work for use. But they be quick to take you back to court when you missed a payment.

I was overwhelmed with debt and facing another court date with a creditor planning to sue me. I felt hopeless. A friend who'd filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy referred me to Debtstoppers. Of course I'd heard of them. However, I was afraid to file Bankruptcy because I saw it as creating a bigger problem for myself rather than a solution. This time though, I had to take action and I am glad I did! From start to finish I felt like I was being supported. My embarrassment was replaced with empowerment when I started the courses that revealed thing about creditors, debt, budgeting, spending habits, saving money, and not repeating the cycle of poor money management and using your resources with wisdom. I saw a light at the end of the tunnel and felt relief. The harassing phone calls stopped! I was contacted by Magistrate court the creditor who'd filed a lawsuit against me dropped the case! I am grateful for a fresh start. Thank you Debtstoppers for providing me with peace, empowerment, and a clean start that aligned perfectly with starting a new year, 2026!

Terrible experience I submitted all my required documents and paid my $78 fee. After being told my bankruptcy case will automatically start once payment was made. I had a court date coming up due to being sued, but after I paid, I was given the runaround. They claim my lawyer was reviewing my case and has sent documents for me to sign. Yeah, no way ever contact me. Communication he knows is an urgency doing a stressful situation.

DONT DO IT! They will lie to you to get your business and once the filing is done, you will never hear form them again. I was told one thing and then when all the filing paperwork came through, it was not what we agreed on. I have tried to call them many times and I cannot get anyone on the phone. No one will answer my emails or calls. I plan on going to my hearing that is scheduled to voice my concerns about what happened in court since I cannot seem to get anyone to speak to me about fixing it now. Go use another lawyer, there are a ton out there.

Needed to take a moment to recognize Vincent Leibbrandt for his outstanding service. I had a lot of questions. Vincent was extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and willing to answer every question I had without hesitation. Even though it was at the end of the day and on a night call, he stayed patient, polite, and motivated to make sure I had everything I needed before we hung up. His professionalism and dedication really stood out, and I’m truly grateful for his help. Highly recommend!
