I don’t think it gets better than pat and his team! They handled my divorce, and now are handling my custody case. They always handle me with care. They make me feel like they truly care about me, and have an abundance of patience with me through the process when I ask an endless amount of questions to better understand the process. I’ve never once felt like they weren’t on my side. I hired Patrick because he had good online reviews. I’ve regretted that immensely. He promised to help me in one of the worst times of my life, and ultimately just took advantage of my desperate circumstances to make easy money. I had a great initial consultation with him. After paying a retainer he was hard to contact when it was important. It was hard to get a word in edgewise when I did talk to him, and he didn’t reply to some urgent emails, so I never felt like he understood the facts of my case. When I asked for a return of my prepaid retainer after just 2 or 3 weeks of minimal tasks, he kept nearly all the money, and threatened to take me to arbitration when I insisted he was unfair in what he invoiced me. This isn’t a complaint from an angry client who lost a case even though the attorney worked hard at it. This is a complaint that Patrick didn’t show that he was putting any work into my case, and then kept nearly all of my money. If you are looking for help with divorce, custody, or a protection order, stay far away from this firm. ***Response to owner’s reply: I trusted you to handle my case in the manner you promised before and after retaining you, and that was not what was delivered. I was aware of the intricacies of the fee agreement, and was charged for line items that weren’t done. When I reviewed my specific and real concerns, you were condescending and ultimately cut communication instead of addressing my concerns in any real way. I’d appreciate if you would actually reply to my emails or give me a call instead of just responding to my reviews (which were written after the ignored emails).
