Foster Law Firm

At first, I would get quick responses. Now, I'm having to call and email 4+ times and waiting weeks/month for a single response from my attorney or his assistant. I don't feel like I'm important at all. I've vocalized this multiple times. Still nothing has changed. Was given the law firms email opposed to the assistants because of this and have received 1 whole whopping response over a month and a half period. Chris seems like a very nice guy, but no matter what I ask, it falls upon deaf ears and have to respond multiple times to 1 email to get a response. His assistant messaged me after not emailing me for a month to tell me that she couldn't help me because she was out of town. But the month before that while she worked, didn't respond 1 time. Update: been multiple months-still have not received one email/call/text in over 2 months while Mr Foster is getting paid through my case.

After having to get on disability in my 60's I had to file bankruptcy. I had spoke to one & seriously couldn't believe what they told me & there would be no way to afford bankruptcy. I am the only income in my household so I was pretty devastated not knowing what I would be able to do. I had seen a sign on I-30 service road in Benton/Bryant for years on my way to work & I thought ya know call them see what they say & thank God I did. Had I went with the other Atty instead of following my instinct I would be paying mthly pymts for 5 yrs at over 5K. Foster Law sent me the info on what to expect, exact cost & how the pymts worked. The info explained each type of bankruptcy, all the rules. I have dealt with many types of Lawyers in my over 60 yrs and I can tell you if this Lawyer did any other type of Law I would never use anyone else, if you find your self in this type of struggle you need not contact anyone else but Foster Law make him your first call & I promise it will be your only one you need to contact. Deanna & Chris are honest, fair, and seriously like no other law firm I have ever dealt with. They are a God send. Thank you so much Chris & Deanna for being a rare gem.....Sheila

They were super helpful in the beginning and pleasant to talk to. I cut my review down because we had two accounts we wanted to keep open and still report to our credit. We signed the needed paperwork twice but it was never submitted to our lenders before our bankruptcy closed. Now we are paying on accounts that will never report to our credit its discouraging.

Would highly recommend Mr. Foster and his team. As a matter of fact, I have and everyone that I know that have went to Foster law firm have had nothing but great experience. Friendly and helpful from the beginning to end. Mr. Foster made us feel comfortable at court and made sure we knew what to expect.
