I had an experience with James Scott McDearman at this firm that raised serious concerns regarding the legal advice I received. Upon researching his credentials, I found that Scott McDearman is not listed as a licensed attorney in Florida on the Florida Bar website, yet he provided legal advice and opinions regarding my HIPAA complaint and patient rights. This raised significant questions about unlicensed practice of law. Despite my inquiries, I did not receive clear or satisfactory answers regarding my rights or the handling of my medical information. I am currently pursuing formal complaints with the Florida Bar and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regarding these issues. I would advise anyone interacting with this firm to ensure clarity on the credentials of individuals providing legal advice, particularly in Florida.

I highly recommend this firm and especially Savannah May who helped secure full custody of my children. She did everything to make this difficult proces as smooth as possible. I'll never use another firm.

I was transferred to John Konvanlinka when I called re: setting up an appointment. When I began describing my legal issue, Mr. Konvanlinka became impatient, saying I had taken up too much of his time (< 10 minutes), as he was preparing for a trial the next day. I said I had not known about his time limitation; that, after all, the receptionist had transferred me to him, and that he could have simply offered to call me back. He questioned why I'd even been transferred to him, since he didn't deal with my kind of case. When I asked what I should do, or with whom I should speak, he said he did not know. I came away from my conversation with Mr. Konvalinka feeling as I have over the years following the divorce so badly botched by my attorney - that I am still my only advocate.

Recently worked with GKH, specifically with Brittany Faith. It was a 100% excellent service and an excellent experience for myself. Brittany is very professional, pragmatic and client focused. Definitely would work with GKH again!
