After deliberating for many months, I made the decision to call about my personal financial situation. My pride was keeping me from going forward with meeting with an attorney. I finally got the courage to make the initial phone call and trust me, from that first phone call with Jump Legal’s staff, to my first meeting and all the way through my court hearing, I was assured that I was in good hands. Being a widow and so alone in this chaotic world, I was somewhat unsure about my next steps. During each office visit with Mark, he constantly assured me to relax and "not to worry." I did that very thing and all went according to plan and was totally successful. I highly recommend Mark Jump for his professionalism, his uniqueness, his communication skills, his explanation in detail as to all that is required, the ability to make a client feel comfortable throughout and including the Court Hearing via Zoom. I worked with W. Clark Jump of Jump Legal Group, and although it was a legal issue outside the realm of bankruptcy, Clark provided prompt and courteous legal counsel. He listened and understood my concerns. He not only gave me guidance, but also negotiated with the other party to quickly resolve the issue to my satisfaction. When I wasn’t available via phone, Clark kept me posted via email to insure that I was fully informed every step of the way, and took no action without my concurrence. Although this review does not give intricate details regarding the legal issue, I will say that the other party was not willing to work with me on a satisfactory resolution. To be frankly honest, they were rude and inflexible. However, Clark was able to bring them to the table and work with them directly without my involvement, which greatly reduced my stress level. I hired Mr. Jump while in a desperate situation. I will not drag the firm, but I will say I wish I had done my research. I proceeded even after reading the negative reviews, hoping that my experience would not be bad. Communication was lacking. The initial meeting was uninformative, and apparently they never filed, even after I was told that by filing the garnishments would stop. Today, I had to hire a new attorney and I was given grief by Danielle at Jump Legal upon confirming that I no longer wanted to work with them. She was sure to let me know that I will not be refunded the filing fee and that extra fees would be assessed. Not being one for confrontation, I kindly thanked her and ended the call. I would also like to mention that I had been calling and e-mailing Karen, Mr. Jump's paralegal, all morning. In short, I should have gone with my gut. Try contacting the Bar Association before jumping into a client-attorney relationship. Be sure to read the reviews!

I had the most amazing experience with the attorneys at Jump Legal. If that is even a way to start this off b/c no one wants to be going through a bankruptcy. I started off with Mark and he got us started on the path to our new future. Once everything got started we were introduced to Danielle and she has been AMAZING throughout this whole experience.
