"This is truly inappropriate. You claimed that we were arguing — this is disgusting. We were simply discussing in another language, and for more than 20 minutes you left us waiting for our appointment with you, which was at 10 o’clock. I could have taken legal action against you and recorded your conversation with my husband, but you are not worth the attention, since you wasted so much of our time. My husband was so busy that he had to make his calls from the car after you threw us out, and that was supposed to be my time to rest, as I am a pregnant woman with special circumstances. Even so, I will simply advise my friends, family, and every Muslim about this terrible experience. This clearly shows your lack of respect and discrimination for the second time. My husband treated you with full respect, because this is our ethics as Muslims. It does not matter — but from now on I will choose Muslim-owned places, because you have made me lose trust. I felt sadness over something so trivial, and your action was inhumane and unjustifiable. We now understand that my husband and I were simply in the wrong place. Alhamdulillah, that is enough. And let me remind you that my husband was born here and he is American, and I am a lawful resident here. We have the same full rights as you do. Your racism does not harm us at all; rather, it is a disgrace upon you."

Horrible experience. Lawyer Sheppard does not know how to deal with people. We had an appointment at 10am and he essentially kicked us out saying that he cannot take the appointment. His reasoning was that the receptionist who scheduled the appointment did not know how busy he was, however, the receptionist himself told me he talked to the lawyer and asked him a question and verified with him before we scheduled. The lawyer lied, is unprofessional, and wasted my time. Never would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Ken's office with a few questions about a tax-related situation that had me in a panic. Though he was not in the office, he made the effort to call me back promptly, from out of town, and took some time to listen to my questions and provided helpful answers that I was looking to understand. Ken left me feeling reassured that if I needed more in depth help, he was ready to help out, and explained to me what those options would be in a manner that I could easily understand. I was just impressed with how helpful and prompt he was in responding to me. Thanks!

Kenneth Sheppard Jr. was extremely helpful in clarifying all my questions in regards to a specific case. He took the time to speak with me and never made me feel rushed or unable to aske any question. It was very beneficial to have someone so well versed in the field that I get confidence in moving forward. I highly recommend him.

I do not recommend this attorney if you have tax court issues. He will take your retainer money and make one or two phone calls to the court, then make recommendation in regards to how to proceed and when you ask to move forward he’ll ask for more money triple the amount of the retainer. Keep in mind when I met with him originally he indicated this was a simple tax audit fix and spent the majority of the consultation talking about his motorcycles and bragging about his two homes and expensive cars. This should have been a red flag but I figured his casual demeanor in regards to my case meant that it must have been an easy fix. During the case he informed me that would have such and such time frame to respond to the court which was innacurate and this caused me to miss the timeframe window to appeal with the tax court.

I reached out to Kenneth on a weekend with some legal questions that were important and time-sensitive to me, but I didn't think would be so to an attorney. Kenneth answered right away. He was kind, informative and very professional. He gave myself and my family peace of mind.

Still dealing with my situation custody matter I have to say my consultation I had went good I've actually had 4 or 5 meetings with Melissa even tho she just the assistant I felt this firm to be honest and they care at the same time straight up tell you how it is not once have I been asked to give any money only thing so far has been advice ,so I thank you for that .I truly appreciate all the advice and pray all goes well for the sake of my grandchildren pray they get to come home and if I need to get an attorney it will be here with this law firm .Thank You and God Bless
