I should’ve just put the $1000 to the company suing me instead of wasting it here. Went through 2 maybe 3 people before final judgement. Didn’t have much contact or representation for me. Felt like it was always in the favor of the creditor. No assistance on what to counter offer. Just use the money and put it to the creditor as a down payment and work out your own payment plan. You’ll get further than hiring anyone here. Pretty sure the judgement is for more than what I started with.

I was in search of a debt collections attorney to help me with a civil case. I reached out to this Law Firm based on the Google reviews. After submitting the form on the website for a consultation, I only received back and forth emails from the legal assistant constantly asking for paperwork. She never once offered a call to get details or the consultation. Then, after providing what I had, she ghosted me. I emailed, called, left a voicemail, nothing in return. Not sure what the cause was of not even being allowed the chance to consult with anyone or a phone call but the first impression was a terrible one. I didn’t get to work with anyone in a official capacity so I can’t speak to a full experience but I hope others have a better initial experience because my interaction felt very unprofessional. Update: oddly enough, less than 24hrs after my initial review, I received a phone call with an update and offering assistance. Not sure why they think I sent documents the day prior at 5:00pm because my last email with documents was sent on January 13th at 4:45pm (8 days prior). But thanks for the acknowledgment of my review and the assistance offered.
