Nesbitt Law Firm was the best decision we cold have made when bankruptcy became our only option and we needed to find legal representation. Laura and Erin made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in their door. They guided us through the process and never hesitated to answer our questions or explain things that we had difficulty understanding. Let me tell you, we had a lot of both! We wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending Nesbitt Law Firm.

We recently had the pleasure to work with the Nesbitt Law Firm to help us with Will & Trust, Power of Attorney, and Medical Power of Attorney. They were quick and responsive. Great professionalism and made us feel comfortable about our decisions during the entire process. I would highly recommend going to them with any support you need.

AVOID this attorney at all costs as she is severely deficient in her bankruptcy knowledge concerning VA or disability income. We were misadvised early on in the process & she often failed to advise us on important issues. Her answers to our questions were often short and condescending. She ran for judge(and lost)two different times during the process. At one point the sole employee answering the phones was a literal child, her teenage daughter. She is unprofessional and ineffective, ALWAYS siding with the trustee, even when the trustee was acting in bad faith. Laura Nesbit merged with another firm named Tax Workout Group so her incompetence can be spread far and wide. You can do better than Laura Nesbit, Nesbit Law Firm and Tax Workout Group. She is a bad decision.

Laura and her team provided excellent legal direction and advice to help me out of a difficult financial situation. Laura and her staff were very knowledgeable and understanding and I felt very comfortable that my legal situation would be taken care of in a professional and expeditious manner which it was.
