I can’t get him on the phone no matter how many times I call. I wonder if maybe he has died all I know is he has my inheritance money for months now and he is incommunicado. I may have to hire my own attorney because he says he represents my dead mother And has no compunction and it is in no hurry to distribute the cash in her checking account from the sale of her empty residential lot that I, by myself, found a buyer for, and now he is just sitting on my money while my water is turned off in my house! So I sure don’t have money for an attorney to make him finalize this Probate case!! But what other options are there for me and my children?? The probate judge appointed him!! I never CHOSE HIM, but I sure am stuck with him. It’s been years and now the lot is finally sold, and I think he’s waiting for us to die or he died!! somebody must have to die to get this PROBATE CASE CLOSED!!!!

Clint Davis closed on the sale of a plot of land last week and still has not contacted the beneficiaries with any update and ignores all my communication and so does his assistant paralegal. I was made aware only by the buyer. There’s no excuse for this and I am sorely disappointed in the entire lack of respect. No empathy no email no phone call no voicemail nothing. Ridiculous. My sisters and I have been treated like dogs. No humanity. And he still gets paid by the sale of the lot, no matter his poor conduct? Looks like he intends to take ALL THE MONEY!!!!

Clint Davis is the ultimate professional. Nothing rattles him. His ability to communicate complicated legal issues in an understandable way has been extremely helpful.
