Cravens & Noll PC

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with a law firm. Mistakes were made that delayed my case, and there was little to no communication or concern shown throughout the process. I called and left multiple voicemails for my attorney and never received a response. Even when I went to the office in person, there was no one available to assist me or discuss my case. When I was eventually told that my case had been resolved, the firm refused to speak with me about additional issues related to my case that still needed attention. Overall, I felt ignored and unsupported during a very important time. I would highly recommend using a different law firm.

The Law Offices of Craven & Noll PC is by far the worst legal firm I have ever dealt with. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication is appalling. They wasted my time, dragged out the process, and showed zero concern for my situation. Instead of advocating for me, they seemed more interested in excuses and collecting fees. It’s clear they have no respect for their clients. I left feeling cheated, ignored, and completely dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this firm.

I've personally worked with David Noll twice and his partner, Joe Cravens once. Most recently I needed a question answered which on the surface sounded easy but was very important to me. David's office contacted me on the same day I submitted a call request and scheduled me for a meeting within a few days. I really appreciated this.
