During a difficult time, David came highly recommend by a good friend and he and his team didn't disappoint. They have been AMAZING to work with. Attorney David Pinkston provided no legal counsel. He stated 2,500.00 was needed before he could advise me on which chapter 7 or chapter 13 was needed, and 5,500.00 would be needed if I file a chapter 13. He discussed price but not how he could help me. According to bankruptcy laws chapter 13 fees are included into the chapter 13 bankruptcy. I gave this Attorney 500.00 out of desperation hoping to obtain him for 5,500.00 for chapter 13, when I come not provide the money for the 5500.00 fee he would not return my money. This Attorney is a scam and made it all about money. Never provided any legal counsel.
