I recently worked with Wayne French and Natasha Brown at Mack & Associates for an adoption case, and they were absolutely incredible. Every time I called, they were professional, patient, and reassuring. They helped ease my stress and worry, and they made the entire process simple and straightforward. I’m a naturally nervous and anxious person, and I called and messaged more than most people probably would. Wayne and Natasha never once made me feel like a burden. They always took the time to make sure I understood everything, and they made certain I was set up for success from start to finish. I truly felt like they cared about getting me exactly what I needed. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the receptionist team—especially Matthew, who was always friendly and helpful. Every person I interacted with at Mack & Associates was amazing. If I could give them 100 out of 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

My case was very complex across multiple states, a ton of rollercoasters, and required a great deal of effort. Wayne and Natasha were both incredibly knowledgeable and were my greatest supporters. I felt so confident in their abilities and they fought "tooth and nail" for me. There were days I wasn't sure what was going to happen, but their reassurance and knowledge gave me the boost I needed. I am so happy with how things were closed out and highly recommend them to you. If you need someone to fight legal battles for you (even spiritual ones!!), they'll fight for you!

I registered for a consultation on a certain date and time. Wayne French completely skipped the meeting without notice. When he called me (without apologizing) to reschedule, I rescheduled. Wayne was 15 minutes late to that new meeting. After our meeting Wayne committed to circling back with some information after our consultation. I did not hear anything more from Wayne or anyone at the firm. Additionally, I must have been asked for my contact information (including specifically asking for my middle name which I found odd) at least 6 times which was odd because I only spoke with them a few times. Every time I'd get transferred they'd ask me for my contact information again including specifically my middle name. The firm appears disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

The owner, Adam Mack, has been exceptional throughout my legal process. An experience that could have been nightmarish with other lawyers I consulted with from other firms has so far been a breeze. I’m very satisfied that I chose this law firm. A special shoutout to one of their paralegals, Rosy, who has been a dream to work with. She has been accurate, responsive, thorough and has had excellent open communication with me.

I have lived in Kansas for 5 years now and one of the first things I had to do upon arrival was to find an honest mechanic, honest and quality dentist, still looking for an honest doctor, and I've also found a very honest, hard- working attorney who I trust. Not only is Mr. Mack an honest man, he is also someone I am comfortable sharing very personal information with. Not only does he have the knowledge to help me with my personal financial issues, but he seems to know a lot about so many other aspects of the law and it has been a huge help to me when so often it is hard to find attorneys with the knowledge of how to handle unusual or very specialized fields. Mr. Mack has proven himself to be quite a legal scholar and our community is very blessed to have one with his skill, dedication and personal warmth and genuine sincerity among us. His services are worth their weight in gold!

Horrible experience. I signed an agreement with Mack and Associates in mid-2021 to setup an estate and living will. They went through onboarding docs, sent me a boiler-plate estate package that didn't incorporate my requests, and eventually stopped responding to my requests for updates. I sent a status request message through the portal once a month. After about 4 months of that without responses, I called and left voicemails. Those also went unanswered. Now, it's over a year from where I started, my legal insurance coverage lapsed, and I have to start over with a new firm and pay out of pocket. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Its sad to have my case closing soon, but Glad I got to work with Mack & Associates. Everything went accordingly, smooth, and no suprises along the way. If anyone is needing a Bankruptcy attorney, do not hesitate to contact them as they make the process easy and with no complications. Thanks Adam for helping with my case!!!
