Recently, I acquired the professional services of Eliza on a private student loan debt that seemed insurmountable and I was very concerned as it was 76K including interest. Can you give 100 out of 5 stars?? I would if I could! Came here today to update my review only to find it missing. The case she helped us with took place 4 years ago and she was lovely. The process was easy and we were confidant she was handling everything for us. Everything went perfectly and was wrapped up with no problems. This update is about TODAY, 4 years later!! Not only did Eliza respond to our email question so quickly (and on a Friday afternoon!), today she actually spent time on the phone with me trying to figure out our very odd situation. She gave the best solution she could and even asked questions about other challenges we're facing. Who does that?!? She listened, she cared, and she sympathized. If you are in a bad situation, she is 100% who you need.

Eliza Ghanooni took my Ch 7 case that was in tatters (I had already received a Motion to Dismiss) 4 weeks before the hearing date, amended my original attorney's mistakes, and she got the Motion to Dismiss reversed and my Ch 7 discharged!! She is patient, very knowledgeable, and wants the best for her clients. Longer story: I originally went with a different bk attorney for my Ch 7 filing for various reasons. My bk was flagged for an audit from the US Trustee. US Trustee reported that my income was miscalculated, Schedules were misrepresented, and I received the dreaded Motion to Dismiss. My original bk attorney didn't have too many solutions, just that we could submit the paperwork to pursue Ch 13. As a last Hail Mary, I circled back to Eliza to take a look at my filing, who confirmed the UST's findings but also suggested a different approach to my amendments which she felt could result in the UST to withdraw their Motion to Dismiss altogether. The original attorney had discouraged me from this path for various reasons. Eliza assured me of the amendment, sent me a Substitute form that she will be taking over my case, amended the Schedules, spoke with the UST, and sure enough the UST withdrew their Motion to Dismiss and my Ch 7 was successfully discharged!!! Eliza, thank you so much for taking on my case for this happy resolution. I wish I had started the journey with you from the get go, but as they say, all's well that ends well, and thanks to you it did end well for me.
