Made a 12:00 appt. Was there 45 min early. Sat 10 minutes & a walk in came in. The receptionist told the walkin to come on back. I sat there until 12:25. As I sat there I listened to 5 calls on speaker where clients were giving their full name and the whole conversation. The last guy said his truck just got repossessed n he didn't understand why. That was my signal to leave! The receptionist never said, he'll be w u soon but ok maam I'll shred ur info when I asked for it back.

My wife went yesterday for legal advice spoke with Shinbaum directly, when she came home the look of sadness broke me Mr. Shinbaum belittled her about her profession "hairstylist don’t make any money" is what she was told along with an outrages quote, which I still wouldn’t have mind paying but, with the way he made her feel we will look for another law firm I suggest empathy for ppl looking for help instead of kicking them when they are down
