My review it all start on April 2025 - April 2026 I called Consumer Law Pa, to do my initial lawsuit against a mechanic for a bad transmission fluid. Attorney Louis S Schwartz Esq. Was very knowledgeable and did a excellent job. At first I knew this would be a long battle and this would sweat out for a 1 yr and half maybe. After with good evidence and proper documentation and having a subpoena for people to appear at a chat call for Individual. Everything was aligned and everything was going really well. 1 year later maximum we finally had a court date and both parties settled being the defendant knew what they were doing. All settled with the court. Now I am just waiting for release papers from the attorney and defendant check. This was win win 🏆 battle and hard fought with a great attorney. Update, June 2 2026, I recieved my check from other party Attorney S Schwartz Esq was on alert and kept asking for my claim he never gave up. I got my check and ever so happy I am. I’ve known Lewis Schwartz for many years and worked on many cases with him. He is the best lawyer in the city for lemon law, consumer law and traffic court. I feel very confident referring our clients to Mr. Schwartz and he is the best!!!

Mr. Schwartz was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend. First, he did the bait and switch to get me there just to drain me and waste my time and energy. Very disrespectful. He asked me to come on time for a meeting when he didn’t even honor the scheduled time himself. He was asking too many personal questions and crossing my boundaries and not focused on the actual case or my actual issues or concerns. I drove over 40 minutes away for nothing, just a waste and then told me he needed $2,500 upfront to take the case. Didn’t explain much to me or anything. The entire energy of the office wasn’t pleasant, I left feeling completely disrespected.

They ghosted me after a couple of emails. I guess they didn't want to answer the questions I had. I get that law firms get to pick who their clients are but it would be nice to show a little common courtesy.

This is a great place to go— if you want to waste your time and be jerked around. I hired them to help with an issue. Four weeks later, I’m still waiting for them to do a task that should take about a week. This task is an important step to move forward with my case, but they keep dragging their feet which is causing significant delays. Not once did I receive a proactive update. Every bit of information, I had to drag out myself. If you want to feel ignored, delayed, and Treated like a joke this is an excellent place to be.
