I got all my questions answered and when I had more questions later, I tried to make an official appointment with him and he still just answered all my questions over the phone pro bono. Thank you!

I had a consultation with this office regarding a financial matter and clearly explained at the beginning of the call that I have autism and need a structured, one-on-one communication environment. Despite that, multiple people were present on the call without my authorization. I was told one individual would not participate, but she later spoke. When she spoke again at the end of the call, it caused me significant distress and I felt I had to end the call immediately. Throughout the call, I mentioned my autism and my need for clear, structured communication multiple times, as well as the planning I was trying to do. I did not feel those points were acknowledged or addressed, even when I repeated them. I also was not allowed to finish explaining a legal contract I had already prepared for the loan. Instead, I was redirected to review their materials and discuss "negotiation," which did not align with what I was trying to communicate. The conversation felt rushed, even after I explained that I needed a slower and more structured approach. This made it difficult for me to communicate effectively. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable continuing. I would recommend confirming communication expectations in advance, especially if you have specific needs. Please be mindful if you require a structured or accommodating communication environment. For context, I had previously spoken with Todd at this office and had a much more positive and understanding experience.
