The people that work here are the best! After hiring Ben to purchase a condo in Providence, I called Ben to represent me when I sold my house without a realtor. Ben and the staff were always available to answer questions and give me support with decisions and details. Ben’s assistant Jo-Ann was always helpful and pleasant to me, which was great because I was super-stressed about the sale. Nice location with a big parking lot.

My partner and I worked with Sean Clough and Jo-Ann Lawson on the purchase of our first home and we couldn't be happier with their services. On the day of closing, we had some issues with our bank. The law firm was very flexible and worked with us to rectify the problem so we could successfully close on our home.

Do not hire Ben Scungio. Mr. Scungio does not act in the best interest of the school department, students and city/town he represents. Mr. Scungio trades off union favors between towns and supports large union increases with no concern for the taxpayer. Beware of Ben he will make your paradise a desert.
