If I could rate this business with zero stars I would. This man is a SCAM ARTIST. I went in for a free consultation with Michael Hart. I came in to drop off paperwork and pay his $1060 retainer and I was sat with the receptionist. I was asked to answer personal financial questions while other customers in the lobby could clearly hear our conversation. I called the office a few weeks later to try to set an appointment with Hart about a substantial check that I was receiving and he refused to speak to me. His receptionist told me she had to ask him any questions for me and when I asked if I could have an appointment over the phone or in person she bluntly told me not if it is pertaining to this matter. I immediately told her I wanted a refund and THEN Hart suddenly was willing to speak with me about the check. I refused considering I have only had the free consultation with his office and did not want to continue using him after this treatment. I have finally gotten my money back from this office and they only sent $750. A ridiculously rude and snarky letter directly from Hart was enclosed that stated that I was never told that I couldn’t have an appointment with him. In fact, he left a numbered list of the things that I was and wasn’t told basically individually stating that I was lying about each of my complaints with trying to reach him through his assistant. This whole experience has been ridiculous.

Knowledgable staff, efficient process! At a not so great point in life they made me feel welcome and walked me through the bankruptcy process. I appreciate them and can't rave enough about them.

Great experience. Chastidy is so kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and work with. The paralegal is the person that does all the work! And she is fantastic at her job.

Had really good dealings with them unfortunately has some falak had a file bankruptcy had a great attorney in had a great paralegal and even after my bankruptcy fed a few problems and was able to contact them to help them help me get it straightened out
