We finally have updates. Attorney has detailed responded the concerns but here still I kept one star off since the communication process. I know that you are super busy but let clients wait for weeks without updates and final give whole update is not what we expected. There can be a lot to be improved on working formality but attorney’s response is super professional. ——— We waited nearly two weeks just to receive the authorization document to sign so MetLife could be billed. After we signed it and requested document review, communication from Gravis Law completely stopped. Despite follow-up emails to the assigned lawyer, we received no response. This was not just a reception or intake delay. There was no follow-through on the actual legal service—no updates, no feedback, and no accountability. Very disappointing experience. I don’t know the experience without MetLife. But obviously, don’t come here if you use MetLife since you will not have any service but share you ids so that they can get money.
The best legal experience I could ask for, and highly talented individuals over there at Gravis. I worked with Asa on my prenuptial documents and he was incredibly talented. Great attention to details and fantastic to work with.
I am happy with the service that Dalton Cannon provided which MetLife paid for. He was able to quickly review a General Contractor Agreement under a tight deadline, pointed out possible issues and was able to redraft it with more equal terms. I appreciate him taking the time to put things in layman terms and providing examples.
When my first assigned lawyer resigned from the firm, Asa LaMusga immediately jumped into ensure my contract was throughly crafted given the tight timeline. Throughout the process Asa, checked in, asked critical questions, and advised me on the contract ensure I receive the best outcomes. Would work with Asa again! Highly recommend. Thank you!
I wish i could give them 0 star. I worked with them through MetLife, which basically means my employer pays them and not me. After working with them for 5 months and seeing almost no progress, i switched to a firm that i paid, but they actually did the job. Any corresponding with gravis law takes at least a week to get a response if you get any. My attorney, Shanece Dedaux, was always blaming her assistant for not replying to emails or being busy and asked me to compare my case with rest of her clients. The client should not manage attorneys time. The management is the same. They do not respond at all and are not supportive. I asked to switch the attorney within the firm, and they didn't even respond. After switching the attorney, they refuse to pass my documents. If you prefer your time and energy, do not work with gravis law, even if it's free!
I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with Attorney Paul Beattie of Gravis Law, PLLC, who recently represented me during a challenging mediation process. From the outset, his professionalism, expertise, and unwavering commitment to achieving a favorable resolution were evident. Paul exhibited a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved in my case, providing insightful guidance and clear explanations throughout the mediation proceedings. His ability to navigate complex legal matters with poise and confidence instilled a sense of assurance in me, making the entire process more manageable. One of the standout qualities of Paul is his exceptional communication skills. They maintained open and transparent lines of communication, ensuring that I was well-informed at every stage of the mediation. This proactive approach not only eased any concerns I had but also demonstrated His dedication to keeping clients informed and involved. Moreover, Paul demonstrated a remarkable ability to negotiate effectively on my behalf. The strategic approach and persuasive communication played a pivotal role in achieving a favorable outcome during the mediation. I felt supported and confident in throughout the process, which significantly alleviated the stress associated with legal matters. In addition to his legal prowess, Paul exhibited a genuine concern for my well-being and understood the emotional toll that legal disputes can take on individuals. The empathy and compassion were invaluable, creating a supportive attorney-client relationship that went beyond the legal aspects of the case. I wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Paul Beattie to anyone seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate attorney. His outstanding representation and commitment to achieving positive results makes him a true asset in the legal field. I am sincerely grateful for Paul efforts and couldn't be more pleased with the successful resolution he secured on my behalf. Sincerely, Leslie Rodriguez, ARNP
