Very rude and just unprofessional phone etiquette when dealing with a potential customer/ clients along with incorrect information given and dismissive behavior! Should have researched and asked others before wasting time NOTE: Answer was Yes, you can file for bankruptcy again after a Chapter 13 discharge, but you must wait to receive a new discharge, usually 2 years for another Chapter 13 or 6 years for a Chapter 7. Waiting periods are calculated from the date of filing the previous case, not the discharge date.

Although they could not help our case . They were knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction , I do wish they would disclose their minimum cost of service ( which they will not do until you have completed a consultation with them). If we would have heard the starting price from the beginning, I do feel like everyone’s time could have been saved. No matter the case Dave Yando was a classic act , and I highly recommend reaching out .
