Greg McCracken represented me in a case and did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I did not feel like he churned my case in any way. He was able to get the suit against me dismissed early on in the litigation process, saving me a lot of money. I highly recommend him and this firm.

Michelle McCracken was negligent in the way she represented me in my no-fault divorce. She misrepresented a document which allowed the Court to release her from representing me in the middle of establishing marital assets. She abandoned me at a highly critical time. She had already been paid over $60,000 for mostly administrative work. She withdrew because I was running out of money, which is illegal and unethical in the State of Virginia. Because I was left without legal representation (at times I had no counsel), I was not allowed to call expert witnesses (any witnesses!) in a very complicated business valuation of marital assets. This was "near fatal" as the divorce lasted three years. As a result of her actions, I received NO monetary settlement by the judge. I didn’t receive child support either, so I was not able to financially support myself or my children (the children I raised since birth.) My ex husband got all of the marital assets, and our children went to live with him full time. My daughters have suffered daily almost NINE YEARS (developmentally) for a lack of having a parent (their mother) that is emotionally engaged. I struggle to survive financially for my basic needs (health care and rent.) Survival fears haunt me as my future is extremely uncertain.

Overbill and lazy. Heard don't pay employees. Go elsewhere to get your money's worth. Michelle McCracken is rude and unprofessional bully.

I’m very disappointed in The McCracken , they’ve accepted money from a client and haven’t done a d*mn thing or do WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO !!! Dont go to them .
