Called this law office to ask a simple question, and the attorney himself answered (never a sign of a professional institution) and he was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and dismissive when asked a simple question about whether or not he takes on my specific type of case. "I make $300 an hour, time is money! I don't do unpaid consultations!" This person is obviously a small-time ambulance chaser who believes they're more important than they are. Little man wearing a big suit. It's very clear why there are so many other attorneys taking real cases like mine, who have actual professional offices that aren't located in a broken down adobe strip mall. I have called Arnold & Itkin, a real law office that has a secretary that is patient and knowledgeable.
