$100-250 for late dues/ reinstatement fees is crazy. You do not offer bills to be mailed or auto-draft. This doesn't seem right. I received 1 email about dues. You know that your emails go to spam as many people have complained to you about it. I seem to get a lot of emails about your classes though.

Nichelle is an incredibly personable and detail oriented realtor. She makes sure all your needs are considered when going into things. She has plenty of resources to help make any adjustments to the home and land as well! Amazing realtor to work with!

Over the years we've had some decent places to meet as an organization but this is the crowning jewel. Thank you to all who had the vision, patience and gave their time to get this up and running.
