When I write that I do not believe you can find a better lawyer than Rob Heroy, I am not employing hyperbole. Everything about our experience with Mr. Heroy was exemplary. His knowledge, communication skills, effort, and integrity were only matched by his empathy and kindness. From the first consultation, Mr. Heroy made us feel comfortable and listened attentively to what we had to say. He immediately got to work on the defense and continuously kept us apprised of his thoughts and any pertinent dates. Every morning during the week of the trial, you could tell that Mr. Heroy had spent long hours the night before researching and reworking his strategy to counter the actions of a runaway prosecutor and a hostile judge. The results were an acquittal on all but one minor charge. But Rob Heroy did not stop there. He appealed that charge to the court of appeals (resulting in a 2 to one ruling against us) and then to the state Supreme Court where the final charge was dismissed. Unlike other lawyers who just wait for their final payment and then want to play "Let’s Make a Deal" with the prosecutor and your life, Mr. Heroy utilizes his intelligence and knowledge of the law to defend one from any false charges. Our heartfelt thanks go out to him and all those who contributed to our pursuit of justice.
