I currently have a Seller under contract and this is the firm the Buyer selected to do their closing. They by far, in my 36 years in the industry have been thee absolute WORST closing attorney I have ever dealt with! Their paralegal continuously requests the same information over and over again. They are rude, disrespectful and extremely insulting. Please make a better choice and go absolutely anywhere but here!

This firm had really poor communication both with me and my lender for a refinance. Not only that, but they missed town taxes in their title search which resulted in the town sending me a bill about 2 months after my refinance for hundreds of dollars that were supposed to be included in my closing costs. When my lender tried to contact them regarding this, they ignored her until she finally drove to their office. If you want a firm to communicate with you or do the work properly, this is not the firm to choose.

If I could I would rate them at zero stars. Communication is almost non existent with these folks. After losing a loved one, I do not recommend using this firm to handle any real estate transactions! You might be left feeling re-traumatized from the experience.
