Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.

I was hired as an expert witness by Ms. Megan Pharis, and have served as an expert witness for Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB). I completed expert material review, addressing all of QPWB’s needs and concerns in October 2021. I was then retained for deposition on 11/29/2021. I have put in well over 25 hours of work, working for them through Thanksgiving and the death of my father-in-law. Yet, I have never been paid a penny for my work for this case as of yet. When Ms. Pharis needed something quickly to meet a deadline, I worked into the wee hours of the morning to complete the assignment. I have been in contact with them tirelessly since November 2021 to be reimbursed for my work. Most of the time they do not respond when I check-in. Multiple weeks and months go by until they throw me a bone to tell me that they are trying to get me paid.
