Over my career I have worked with many clients attorneys regarding their real estate or estate planning needs. I have been in involved with hundreds of meeting with attorneys over these years. For at least the last decade Jim Morrison has been the only attorney I work with regarding my real estate legal needs for the commercial buildings I own. As for estate planing, David Fenske is very good in the estate planning area of law as well. I think the fees they charge are fair for the high quality of work they perform. William A. Hard to know the context of the poor reviews here, however, I have been a client for almost 10 years, and I have experienced nothing but positive results from the firm (specifically estate planning). They have gone above and beyond when they didn't have to on more than one occasion. Highly recommended.
