I am not the type that runs to legal counsel when times are tough although this time it was very necessary. The last thing I needed was more stress and Charles Neill and his staff took all of the worries for me and my wife. Tried to contact Ken Lucas at this firm to be our closing attorney. Wife spoke to the receptionist who told us to send over our contract. Following that, this firm "ghosted" us and was entirely unresponsive for nearly a week. Neither my wife's phone messages or my emails with the contract were answered. The receptionist always seemed nice over the phone. Too bad we couldn't get an actual attorney to respond. 1/10 would NOT recommend.
