Rich was a great agent as he helped us buy our first house! He helped us navigate the process from start to finish. He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

We worked with David Kres at Buyers Brokers Only. He is the co-owner along with Richard Rosa. I cannot recommend David highly enough. David is incredibly knowledgeable about homes. During our showings David would crawl into crawl spaces, climb into attics and inspect the mechanical systems of the house. As an exclusive buyers agent David's loyalty was to us, his clients. He never tried to sell us on a house, in fact he would point out the negative factors about each house. David was incredibly patient with us traveling to showings throughout the greater Boston area with us for several months while we searched for our house. When it came to making an offer he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best chance at having our offer accepted. At one point he did a comparative market analysis at a rest stop on the highway to ensure we could meet the sometimes ridiculous deadlines of sellers. We had the best experience working with Rich Rosa. We are first time homebuyers so we went into the home buying process with little knowledge and Rich was able to guide us throughout the entire process and make it as smooth as possible for us.
