We have purchased a property from an agent with this branch. Long story short, our furnace died 11 months into our purchase. That is not my greivance. A home insurance policy was included in the sale. For some reason I cannot understand, the policy was listed under the address we moved from, rather than the purchased property. Now, because of this, we've been fighting the home warranty company for three months trying to get reimbursed. It has been a massive headache that we should not be dealing with. We have spoken to the branch manager and found him helpful, but I hope our experience can drive improvements with their clerical work.
