As an investor and home owner, having a good lawyer representing you is essential. I have worked with different lawyers in the past and Charysmel Manasra and her team have been the most professional that I have had. She is fast, responsive and works hard to defend your rights as a client. During the whole process we had problems with seller’s and going back and forward negotiating the house wasn’t easy. It took us 3 months to close and on the closing day the seller almost walked away trying to avoid fixing contract obligations, but Charysmel was firm and didn’t let seller get away without fulfilling their obligations. She held the money in escrow and made sure that we wouldn’t need to be responsible for repairs that were the responsibility of the seller. I am glad to have found the legal firm MANASRA & MANASRA and I am looking forward to continue working with her and her friendly team on future business.
