If I could leave 0 stars I would. This firm has repeatedly assisted our landlord in engaging in legal posturing with no actual legal justification while there is an existing and active lawsuit. They have claimed us reporting harassment by neighbors in a single email is a lease violation. They have also misrepresented factual circumstances that resulted in substantial property damage and when presented with evidence that proves their position to be factually incorrect they stonewall. They also claim FHA and ada title 2 compliance can be determined by legal when the federal appliance of such dictates there must be an interactive process between landlord and tenant. Their intimidation tactics are exactly what, claims if we continue to assert our disputes, litigation and legal rights to office staff the owner can move for eviction on this basis. I’m sure I am forgetting some of what they have claimed but they also have assisted in gamesmanship avoiding arrive details while legal posturing.

Constant refusal to follow the law, using intimidation tactics in an effort to strong arm tenants into submission to landlords. Unprofessional conduct and correspondence with requests for documentation that are against federal law. They really try to capitalize on the fact that most consumers don’t know their rights. They are now attempting to bully me into removing a negative review about my time as a tenant at one of their customers properties. They should really look into the consumer review fairness act of 2016, and the fact that it is ILLEGAL to have clauses in a lease that prevents tenants from publishing truthful (with receipts) and honest reviews. They clearly have no clue what the law is, state or federal and simply hope that you’re too stupid to know your rights. Don’t give them the satisfaction. Do your research and fight them. I personally Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This law firm is guilty of using retaliation and intimidation tactics against tenants on behalf of landlords. I sent my leasing office a demand letter for repairs and I received a cease and desist email from this law firm grossly exaggerating and lying about an interaction with the leasing office that never happened. This is a violation of NRS 118A.510. I will not be intimidated into exercising my legal rights.

so i would NOT recommend even calling this law firm. atleast not if your a tenant. they only work with the landlord side is what the lady that answered who sounded more judgemental then anything, she didnt even want to hear my case and flat out said "im sorry but here we only work with the landlord side'' wow what a freaking slap in the face. and i will leave it at that. rude, racist, and no compassion. i cant stand people that act so damn entitled. disgusting
