Apparently Compass hires slumlords. I rented from Stephanie Franco. For 14 months water poured down our walls and flooded our living room when it rained. After 8 months, I got the city involved, and they found 9 building code violations including the leak. Other violations included: an inoperable fire escape, a rat infestation and squatters on the vacant first floor, and no smoke alarm. David Hansen was the worst. The whole process in trying to get info on this rental was horrible, starting with Raisa Gelpar. She started with the run around. She's the listing agent, but she doesn't book showings, I had to call the main office. I am Looking for a rental property for my Mother and family. They make enough, have great rental history but her "credit score" isn't good enough for rental. (THEY WANT 700 CREDIT SCORE) That's fine. But what was demeaning was Mr. Hansen suggested she apply for section 8. Does he suggest this for all potential clients? Then he says he'll email me some 2 bedroom listings. Waited hours, no email. I texted him and said I never received can he forward to another email address, I have 2 email addresses, no email. No text back. I am a homeowner In Kenner. (HOUSE IS PAID FOR) When my husband & I will look to sell, I definitely won't use ANYONE from Latter & Blum because of David's lack of helpfulness. I hope that property in Metairie stays on the rental market. Beware!

After Hurricane Ida, we are evacuated to Texas. I really want to come home. I called a week ago hoping a realtor could help. She never called me back. I feel this is very unprofessional.
