As a first time home buyer, Andy was excellent at answering any questions we had! He was always available and responded almost immediately. He explained everything on how the process goes and made sure we were aware of what was happening at all times. Our first offer was accepted and Andy was great at communicating with us and helping us decide what to negotiate. Prior to putting an offer in, Andy was great at helping us find a home we truly love. We looked at many houses and his professional background helped us decided if we want to do any home improvements and the potential cost of how much it might be! Andy, Julia and team are amazing! Andy helped negotiate an awesome deal on my first home over 8 years ago and I have worked with him on every real estate deal ever since. I worked with Andy on FOUR deals (2012, 2019, 2020, 2020) that closed and many more that we pursued but didn't work out for some reason or another but their attention to detail, overall execution and responsiveness is beyond anything I have ever experienced, and truly worth mentioning here.
