I’ve been working with Crescent Title, Maple St. for over 10 years as a local Realtor, and they continue to be an absolute pleasure to work with. The team is always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive—no question is ever too small or too complicated for them to handle. I am amazed at how smooth long-distance transactions can be! Despite me living on the west coast, my Louisiana transactions have been seamless thanks to Crescent Title. Their ability to handle electronic document transfers and coordinate with all parties involved is impressive and incredibly efficient. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because 100 stars isn’t available. I will not trust my client’s to any other title company. They treat everyone with the respect they deserve and absolutely couldn’t do a more thorough job for their clients. Love this group!!

My experience with them was exceptional. I am in the industry so I am very familiar with the process. From the beginning i was impressed on the responsiveness of the staff and there knowledge. They were always on target with the timing and was one step ahead of the process. I was also impressed with the actual closing and all the staff that I met were so friendly and I felt like family.
