I recently hired Peter to handle a non-payment case, but unfortunately, I had to terminate our working relationship due to several significant issues. First and foremost, his negotiation skills were extremely poor, which greatly hindered progress in the case. Additionally, his narcissistic demeanor and lack of patience made it challenging to communicate effectively with the petitioner. My primary goal in hiring Peter was to find a resolution that would ensure the petitioner paid what was owed, rather than resorting to eviction. Regrettably, Peter failed to grasp this objective and consistently demonstrated an arrogant attitude during negotiations. This behavior not only impeded any chance of reaching a favorable outcome but also left me in a difficult position, as collecting the owed money after eviction will likely prove to be an arduous task. I would caution others against engaging his services if they expect competent representation and the ability to achieve their desired goals.

I had the displeasure of working with this law firm for a lease assignment as this firm handles such matters for my building's property management. They are incredibly slow moving when it comes to tasks that take a few minutes at best. They can't even confirm receipt of documents nor will they return your calls. I'm so frustrated and its unfortunate that I am stuck working with this terrible firm.

This is a great law firm. They have dealt with many of our building cases and have been very successful. I guess it depends on what side of the spectrum you are in, the plaintiff or the defendant; of course if you are the defendant, you are going to hate the firm Rose & Rose. They are GREAT!

I am a long term client of the firm. They have done wonderful work for us for many years and their billing is reasonable. They focus equally on all matters whether big stakes litigation or minutiae and they always make themselves available to answer questions about potential litigation. I highly recommend this firm for all stripes of Landlord-Tenant litigation.

A Lawfirm which leads by high end service to planet earth example. I had a chance of meeting a few attorney’s from the Rose and Rose law firm and one of them was Lance on which I highly recommend. I was told before meeting the attorneys at the firm about the Rose and Rose brothers being technically reasonable and kindly fair with the cases, however just as always I wanted to find out on my own. The results were much higher the what word to mouth, comments and reviews were. The settled on the case calculatedly and kindly fair. i am suing rose and rose for one million dollars for sending a man to my apartment, who did not state who he was...put his foot in my door....and attempted to break in to my apartment.. if it was not for my dogs...i was sure he was going to kill me. I am a Forensic PhD who deals with the Criminally Insane, and I was sure this man found out where I lived and was coming to kill me for evaluating him insane. The man at my door actually looked insane to me. The concierge did NOT call me to tell me someone was coming up...they call me when a pizza man is coming....when i asked him why he didn't call me...he said... "oh, I was told not to call when this man enters the building'...I see ....a serial killer is allowed in...a terrorist is allowed in...a criminally insane prisoner who escaped or is now on parole, is allowed in? Some thing is wrong with this picture...and I will not let Brodsky or Rose and Rose do this at random to anyone they feel like... They will not get any money I do NOT owe because they think i am intimidated...I am not... I am suing them for a million dollars ' for giving me a close heart attack... careful brodsky and rose and rose with a 68 year old PHD who is living in your building for 17 years without ONE problem...

My personal experience with them is stay away. rude, great guard dogs for landlord.
