My husband and I closed with Jackson Law on our first house. We had nerves because we have never been to a law office before, but it was such a seamless process!!! Jeremiah really made us feel welcomed! It was such a pleasant experience!

We used Jackson Law for our house closing and were very disappointed. The day before closing at 2pm we received an email that there could be an issue with the title. The title attorney and team said "they had been looking into it for weeks" and it was an issue with a divorce and death certificate (I won't go into details) so we would have to postpone our closing until the title was clear. My wife then proceeds to call the Olivia Raney Local History Library and they gave us the info we needed by 0930 the next day. We as the buyers had to find the info and did so within an hour or two. It makes you wonder what service we were actually paying for with the title search. Incompetence and lack of timely communication are two qualities I don't look for in a law office. They gets 2 stars because the receptionist was nice and helpful.

I love Jackson Law! It is very important to have a good attorney for protecting my clients and their services are very friendly and helpful. We do appreciate the working relationship and will be continuing to work together move forward.
