Honest review here: I’ve only done business with The Taylor Law Firm on a few real estate transactions. They were referred to me by a fellow real estate investor. Every interaction thus far has been top notch. Of note are both the attorneys and their receptionist. Polite and punctual on all accounts. Very thorough in their administrative actions and have yet to miss a deadline. I truly have nothing but positive things to say about this firm. Wholesalers, pay attention here, this is one of the few Firms able to u sweat and and guide your creative buying and selling real estate transactions. Take this from a semi pro here folks. I have been using Justin for numerous real estate closings since 2018 and can not speak highly enough of him and Taylor Law Firm. Several of my closings were complex transactions and he always helped me navigate them with ease and solved things I thought were issues quickly. He's also always made himself available when I had other real estate legal questions. Used for 1 transaction as a seller (upon buyer’s request) with no mortgage or liens to deal with. Justin (attorney) held up our closing by demanding to see EXPIRED lien paperwork for an unrelated property that his office requested from Wake County on the literal day of closing. I had to get the expired documentation to them from Wake County so our closing wouldn’t be delayed further. In my opinion, arrogant at best. Their office staff was also rude over the phone when I requested to speak with Justin to resolve the issue.

We have closed multiple deals with Taylor Law and we are extremely happy with the quality of their service and their responsiveness. Their title search service is excellent and they have gone the extra mile for us more than once. I highly recommend. We are an NC based real estate investment company that closed 46 deals in 2023.

This Firm is outstanding. I am a high volume real estate investor and have used plenty attorneys in North Carolina but this firm definitely stands out. Justin and his team work diligently to close every transaction no matter how my obstacles get in the way. They are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
