I recently sold my home to a family member. Since I did not require a real estate agent, I retained Galloway & Hommel to handle the full transaction on my behalf. Scott and his assistant, Michelle, made the process stress-free. Scott explained the process at our first meeting and then began drafting the necessary documents, allowing me plenty of opportunity to review and provide input. The firm then coordinated the closing with the title company and the buyer’s agent. Scott and Michelle kept in close communication with me during the entire process and promptly responded to all of my questions. The process proceeded smoothly, all for a fraction of the cost of retaining a real estate agent. I highly recommend them!
