As a lawyer myself, I can normally handle legal scenarios with confidence. Even though this firm ultimately could not take our case due to it being outside their practice area, the level of professionalism, compassion, and effort shown was truly exceptional. Jennifer took the time to thoroughly review the situation, pull relevant information, explain what she was seeing, and—most importantly—point us in the right direction. She went above and beyond what anyone would expect, especially knowing they would not be representing us. She even took the initiative to call my family member directly, which meant a great deal during an incredibly stressful situation. After dealing with another attorney who did very little, this experience restored my faith that there are still people and firms who genuinely care about helping others, not just billing hours. This place is amazing. I was having issues with my HOA. Called and talked to Jennifer -- she took all of my information, then researched, and even provided my property survey information.
