If I could leave 0 stars I would. Simply called to get a price on a Will for my parents and they couldn’t give me an answer. I understand there are intricacies and details needed, I said 2 houses, a business, personal property, etc and they couldn’t give me a number??? Then I asked for a ball-park number of some sort or bottom dollar of where does it start at least, because I was asked "what would get you our business?" I said "a ballpark price" … went in circles again and then the incompetent coward hung up on me. GREAT customer service!!!! Was really hoping to speak with Delilah Walters, who my cousin that is also a lawyer highly recommended her and this establishment.
