Try to stay away with this firm as they brought law suit on their own customers on name of underpayment which they run bill unilaterally without delivering promises. when initial reached them to get help on some lawsuits, I did not had confidence in and had even stopped considering to file suite as an option. However, they kept sending me for 4 months emails making promises that they could recover my money from the seller as no such thing as a non-refund clause in the contract, claimed that they have a lot of gray hair by winning this kind of case. promised to help me to recover money from a seller after I hired them paid a huge upfornt fee and not delivered any results and have even not able to included the seller in the case. Now asking for an additional $20,000 though law suite on me. I am not satisfied with firm services and feel have over-promised to start the case so firm can collect the fee and under-delivered.
