Mr. Britton proved unreliable and lacked a clear strategy. An attorney should prioritize their client's interests, but Mr. Britton made promises to opposing counsel and set expectations without consulting us, which felt like a breach of trust. He often failed to read emails and delayed actions until the last minute. His poor service cost us significant damage. Our experience was highly disappointing, and we chose to end our engagement after discovering he withheld important information from the opposing party and shared details with them that caused us harm. We cannot recommend his services.
