Great experience! My family needed a consultation during a death about assets and debts and Tim Struse was phenomenal. He took the time to answer our questions and was very educational. He laid out how we might move forward and what we may be responsible for in a clear manner, which I really appreciated. I felt like I really learned from him, which, again, made for a great experience!

Very favorable yet when I asked them a question about technical issues regarding the trust they would not answer the question. "We weren't retained by you, retained by your parents. Here is a list of attorneys who can help". Thing is, mother was alive. Still their client. Why couldn't they help me? I was set up as "special agent" for mom with rights entitled to act as "attorney in fact" for my Mom and I could not get my questions answered.

He spent an hour on a Zoom conference call with the children and myself, answering all of our questions and making us feel confident and reassured of where we want/need to be moving along in this process. Mr. Struse is extremely ethical and easy to approach. He listened patiently to all we had to say and asked, and we left our conference call feeling a sense of peace and a clear understanding of how a probate works. I highly recommend Mr. Struse to anyone who is found in this same situation.

Place seems perfectly professional - until parents pass away and rightful heir is left without funds after paying these attorney for decades of Trust establishment and help. I am such a heir, and have been left absolutely nothing from my parents after a half brother, not my father's son, also an attorney, took control of the hundreds of thousands of dollars and property that was strictly my fathers'. Timothy Struse Senior left the management of my parents' estate to his son (it was originally established by very long term partner Paul D Slosser). Do not possibly trust these attorney with your funds if you want your only son and heir to have them!

My family and I had an hour consultation with Mr. Struse, and he was wonderfully helpful! Friendly, patient, and to the point. He was able to answer all of our questions about our particular situation in a way that helped me fully understand the law regarding our circumstances (and I am not law-savvy). If you need someone who has a great attitude and can break things down in a way that makes sense, I can't recommend Tim enough.

Ms. Fletcher was very knowledgeable and was very patient explaining our options for end of life planning. Her assistant, Lisa, was also very helpful taking is through the process and we did this in a very safe Co-Vid aware fashion.
