Do not go to them for any type of landlord tenant issues! They will take your consultation money 150 for 30min for nothing! They can only write a letter for you for 600 dollars and that's it! Do not waste your time or money! They advertise that they are landlord tenant attorneys but they are not! I was told they can only write a letter to the landlord for you after wasting my time and money!
