Joel is the best lawyer I've ever had. He is honest, kind and very intelligent. He cares more about the wellbeing and happiness of his clients than the money and will never recommend going to extreme measures just to get more money from you. Joel is always happy to explain things so you understand what is going on in and out of court. You cannot go wrong hiring Joel Anders to be your lawyer and no, I was not paid to write this. Terrible experience. Firstly, communication was poor and the Court hearing was delayed because he had forgotten to mail key documents to the judge. Then, although I paid him to represent my ex-wife for our divorce, once the divorce was over he seemingly ‘ took a side’ and did not reply to my requests for quotes to write a simple letter requested by my embassy, until my ex-wife asked him to. Finally he (and my ex-wife) complicated things further by not being open to send a simple runner to get the letter apostilled. I believe a good lawyer finds solutions, not more problems.

I went to Mr. Anders to review a prenup between my fiance and I. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Gave me sound, practical advice that absolutely helped me to better understand the potential implications of the agreement both now and in the future. Would recommend!
