Do not expect the funds to go where they are supposed to. Do not expect JC hearne to call you back, or care.

Terrible communication surrounding house closing. Moved the date three times and changed it without notice. Had to revise the closing document three times. Defensive with questions. Did not send transfer details until asked. Makes you feel like you are privileged by allowing you to have them work on your property. Not that they have an opportunity to work with you and be paid for it. Poorest lawyer or closing company I have worked with over 30 years.
