Mr. Looney represented me in a not at fault car accident case that caused serious damage to my vehicle and personal injury. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through what I should expect throughout the whole process and kept me up to date on what was happening with my case. His fees were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.

Just spoke with David Looney on the telephone about an upcoming child support/ custody case in which the father of my son has retained a lawyer for and is in the process of putting orders through the court system. After explaining him my situation of what the case will be involving and that I would like to retain a lawyer to prepare for my upcoming case, his only response to me was "When you receive your papers, that's when I'll get involved." No response to anything else I explained to him about the situation or anything. I mean, I understand the fact of not wanting to waste your time on, in your eyes, a "imaginary case", but when I am looking for a lawyer to retain for a case that I know is being put into the system within the next week, and your only response to me is "When you get your papers, that's when I'll get involved." Why would I want to retain you as a lawyer? Sorry, I am truly not someone to typically even leave reviews, however, I am looking for a lawyer who will hear me out and WANT to help me...I did not get that feeling when speaking to him on the phone. Highly disappointed after reading other reviews.

I have used David Looney for a few cases over the years and all cases worked out better than I had hoped. When in the courtroom it was easy to see he out classed the other attorneys we were up against. Seeing how other court officials interacted with Dave with familiarity and respect was also reassuring. My other family members have also used Dave over the years with great success. I find him very knowledgable, honest, and in that he will tell it like it is, all sides. David and his office was there for my wife and I through some tuff times and for that we will always be greatful.

This lawyer was the ABSOLUTELY the worst most uncaring and more than just that did things that ended up hurting the children and the mother. He wrote legal papers that hide an out come that cause financial heart ship for the family. He is by far the WORST attorney I have EVER met.

Absolutely trash. 4 grand paid and this lame loser can't even get a ham sandwich. Cant even beat a misdemeanor 2. People do not bother with this Snake Oil Career Conman. We see through your mask. We know what lies in your closet...

The woman who answered was very rude she didn't take down my information when I called to speak with a lawyer.
