This review is long overdue. We hired Eileen for what seemed like a straightforward violation/custody modification case, but her performance was extremely disappointing. During our initial conversation, she made promises she never delivered on and showed a lack of responsiveness. It was evident she didn't remember important details about the case, even when I had to reintroduce myself on phone calls. To make matters worse, she used my provided information verbatim without any modifications, leading to spelling errors in our court documentation. She needlessly prolonged the case, seemingly for the sole purpose of making more money. Even the law guardian involved was shocked at her lack of preparation. I strongly advise staying away from this lawyer and finding someone more capable. Eileen is disorganized, overcharges clients, and fails to deliver results. Her services cost us $10,000, which could have been avoided if she had acted as I had suggested from the beginning. In today's day and age, such practices are unjust. She should reconsider her career as a lawyer.

Thanks to Eileen, I now have sole custody of my kids, and we finally feel safe and secure. Their unwavering support and expertise turned what seemed impossible into a reality. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking legal assistance in family court.

Eileen is a good lawyer. Please read my review and don’t take these other reviewers at face value. I had a great experience with Eileen. Hence the reason I am leaving her a review. I don’t know the details of these other reviewers cases but I do know life and I do know sometimes- actually a lot of times people don’t want to hear certain things or listen to people. Eileen has been practicing law for a very long time, she KNOWS the LAW. Now that could be good or bad for your ego if you’re small minded but hey she’s the lawyer right? You’re hiring her because you’re not a lawyer, and you don’t know the law. Eileen will listen to your story but will then tell you straight facts. Some of them you may not like or want to hear but she’s been doing this for a very long time so she knows best. Personally I would rather hear the truth and facts from my lawyer the person I’m hiring than to get into the court room unprepared or not understanding the law and hear it from the judge! Eileen manages your expectations very well. You just have to listen. I had a great experience with her. I really think these people just don’t like it when they are told the truth rather than what they want to hear. I would also like to remind reviewers that she is practicing law in some really crappy situations ( Divorce and Family court) where there are no real winners. I’m sorry but that’s the truth. We all want to win a case but when there are kids and separations involved I don’t think anyone really wins. Remember that when you go into these situations. I learned so much about the law and the court system working with Eileen and I recommend her services. That’s what you need in my opinion. It worked well for me. Have a consultation see if she would be a good fit for you. But remember you’re hiring a factual professional not a friend. By the way- I "won" my case. I went in there prepared because of Eileen and exactly what should have happened did. Eileen will make sure you get everything you’re entitled to by law, but remember what I said earlier? There are no real winners here? Sometimes you have to negotiate in court cases give some to get some, and you can also have a judge that just doesn’t care and can make or break the case. Eileen will fight the fight for you but is also the one to tell you when you should take the high road. She’s been doing this a long time for a reason people. So manage your expectations realistically. I think I’ve made my point and I hope people will consider this when considering Ms. Stiglmeier.
