Went in for an uncontested divorce and had Latisha as our mediating lawyer. On top of having little answers to questions, she was very presumptuous. Once myself and my soon to be Ex did all the leg work, I ended up having to file the paperwork at the courthouse myself. She gave us a timeline of 5-10 business days for it to be completed which could not be called an educated guess. 2 months later I’m now having to set a court hearing months out since the judge had questions about their shoddy work dragging the process out even longer. There’s a reason they are the cheapest in town.

we had a $300 "consultation" with Denise Ready. it consisted of her asking us alot of questions and no feedback on what the case would involve. she requested some info, which i sent her but i never heard anything back. i called the office several times and was told 1. she had a family emergency and 2. she wasn't in the office. the paralegal, Sandra, who i spoke with both times, said she would let Denise know that i had called. i told her that if she wasn't interested , that was fine, just let me know. but they couldn't even be bothered to do that. don't waste your time or money. it was a quick $300 for her and a big disappointment for us. this is why lawyers have a bad reputation!!!!!!!

I went through multiple attorneys. when I was going through my divorce, and fighting for custody. I had some of the worst experiences. That anyone needs to go through. I was pushed to a point that i could not handle anymore. So the attorney search started once again. I found Atkinson and Kelsy. I was given an appointment with Denise Ready. My first consultation with her. She made me feel like she truly cared. Once we got to the court room. She showed, how dedicated she was. for parents and children. If there is anyone, going through a divorce or fighting for custody. I highly recommend Denise Ready. Divorce and child custody. Is truly, a hard process to go through. Tatiana Engelmann was absolutely incredible throughout our custody battle. She was fair, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and always available to help. The process was seamless thanks to her relentless efforts. I would highly recommend her services. I hope to work with her again soon in our future adoptions.

Atkinson & Kelsey deserves a 10/5 rating. They are so professional, and they are also so friendly. As a person who was having a hard time navigating the court system, they were always there for me. Lucy Sinkular worked with me, and she helped me with anything I needed. I’m so thankful for them.

Mr. Robert P. Matteucci represented me in my 'collaborative' divorce. He was responsive to my requests and explained every step of the process such that I always felt comfortable that I understood the options and confident that he would both follow my guidelines as well as protect my interests. Bob effectively represented me and was efficient in applying his efforts to the case such that I felt that his time was always well spent. Interacting with Bob was pleasant as he was generally available, and easy to get along with, plus he always remembered who the client was and did not try to push the effort in ways that I didn't want. In the end, the settlement I got was fair, and I believe that multiple aspects of it were decided more favorably to me as a result the efforts and initiative of Mr. Matteucci.

In 2017 I enlisted Atkinson & Kelsey, P.A. to represent me in a divorce proceedings.. Lucy Sinkular, Attorney and Belinda Demaree, Paralegal were assigned to my case. They both performed with a high degree of professionalism and effort to bring the case to a satisfactory conclusion. I felt that they were two friends working for me to get me through a rough period. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work and I strongly recommend this team and their firm.
